Processing time

I dispatch items within 3 working days providing all customisation requirements have been received.

UK Postage

All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class, free of charge. If you require express delivery this is a 1-2 day service and will be at a cost of £7.00.

International Postage

All Items are sent via Royal Mail Track and Signed, items should arrive within 5-7 working days at a cost of £10.00. I currently ship to the US, Canada and Australia. 

Postage Claims

If your parcel doesn't turn up when you expect it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
